Nagarjuna Nayanatara starrer 'Greekuveerudu' was released worldwide today and turned out to be a good family entertainer. As already expected, the on-screen chemistry between Nag and Nayan was a highlight of the film and Nag's youthful looks added glamour to the film. The fine performances of the lead actors and the emotional scenes with K Viswanath have received appreciation. There are many comedians in the film, but by far most of them have not been used well. The movie is slow overall with the first half being better than the second half. The overdose of sentiment and melodrama would be better taken by the family audience and elders.
Positives: Nag-Nayan Chemistry and looks, some heart touching sentimental scenes, fresh music by Thaman
Negatives: Poor screenplay, insufficiently used talent of actors and comedians, simple story, poor editing.
Conclusion - good to watch once with your family.
